The duty of the Board of Directors is to carry out the objectives of the club, including, but not limited to, filling vacancies on the Board, setting annual dues and fines, establishing rules for weekly play, organizing an annual meeting of all members and establishing criteria and rules for new applicants and substitute players.
The Board of Directors is elected at the annual meeting by a majority vote of the General Membership. Board posts are transferred at the first Board meeting in January. The immediate past President serves as Parliamentarian and the past Vice President serves as President. The Nominating Committee Chairperson is appointed by the current President.
- MEMBERSHIP
Membership is limited to sixty women, including Active and Inactive Members. When an opening occurs, the Substitute who has accumulated the most points in the current year, plus the two previous years, is invited to become an Active Member.

Inactive status may be obtained for no less than three months and for no more than three years. During this time, the Inactive Member:
(1) Pays dues;
(2) Receives the newsletter;
(3) May attend the social functions of the club;
(4) Retains voting privileges, but is released from the responsibility of accumulating the required annual points and from signing up for weekly play.
An Inactive Member may return to active status by submitting a letter/e-mail to the President and the Membership Chair indicating the date she will return. She must earn one point for each remaining month of the calendar year to maintain membership status.
- Associate Member
(1) may sign up as a Sub for weekly play;
(2) may play in Club Tournaments on a space available basis;
(3) may attend all social functions;
(4) pays reduced Associate Member dues;
(5) receives the Newsletter.
An Associate Member may not return to active status in the Club; does not have voting privileges; and cannot serve on the Board.

There is a committee for each activity. The number of members working on any committee is set by the committee chairperson. The Board can create, discontinue or reinstate committees as needed.
